The three processes

• Screen print — the workhorse. Blocks of colour, hard-wearing, cheapest in bulk.
• Vinyl/transfer — good for small runs and one-colour logos on smooth faces.
• DTG (direct to garment) — photo-real but thinner on heavy workwear fabrics.

What suits hi-vis & safety

44 styles in this family give us a lot of faces to work with. Screen and vinyl are the two that hold up on site; DTG is best for soft, premium-facing pieces.

Bring the artwork, we'll proof it. One-colour screen on a chest is the classic volume deal; multi-colour logos cost more per colour, not per garment.
