Sweatshirts & Hoodies
Printing on hoodies & sweatshirts: screen, vinyl and DTG compared
The three processes
- Screen print — the workhorse. Blocks of colour, hard-wearing, cheapest in bulk.
- Vinyl/transfer — good for small runs and one-colour logos on smooth faces.
- DTG (direct to garment) — photo-real but thinner on heavy workwear fabrics.
What suits hoodies & sweatshirts
216 styles in this family give us a lot of faces to work with. Screen and vinyl are the two that hold up on site; DTG is best for soft, premium-facing pieces.

Ordering print
Bring the artwork, we'll proof it. One-colour screen on a chest is the classic volume deal; multi-colour logos cost more per colour, not per garment.
