• Sat on a ladder, a zip-up hoodie is a different fit to a pullover — measure both.
• Fleece from different factories runs slightly different; let the chest measurement decide, not the letter.
• If you're embroidering on the front, order the hoodie in the size the person normally wears — the design sits just below the throat.
