Delivery charges

• UK delivery is £9.99 per order.
• Delivery is free when your goods total £99 or more.
• The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. For delivery outside the UK, please email us first and we will quote.

When it arrives

Plain (unbranded) garments are usually sent within a few working days. Embroidered and printed items are made to order, so we confirm the dispatch date with you once your artwork is approved. If you need your order by a particular date, tell us in the order notes or by email before you order and we will confirm whether we can meet it.

Tracking and problems

We email you when your order is on its way. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will put it right.
