The Workwear NW Limited (trading as Manchester Workwear) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, company, email, phone, delivery and billing address, and what you ordered.
• Enquiries: what you send us through the quote form or by email.
• Artwork and logos you send for personalisation.
• Website usage: pages visited, through Google Analytics (see Cookies).

We never see or store your full card number: card payments are handled by Stripe.

Why we use it

• To make and deliver your order and to contact you about it (contract).
• To answer your enquiry (legitimate interest).
• To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• To understand how the website is used and improve it (consent, for analytics cookies).

• Stripe (card payments)

• Our hosting provider (website and order records)
• Couriers (delivery of your order)

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@theworkwear.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
