Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders placed on manchesterworkwear.co.uk with The Workwear NW Limited, trading as Manchester Workwear (“we”, “us”).

Ordering

Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it. Prices include VAT where it applies and are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is £9.99, or free on orders of £99 or more (see Delivery).

Personalised items and artwork

• For embroidered or printed items we send a proof. We make the item only after you approve it, so please check spelling, colours and placement.
• You confirm you have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us.
• Colours can vary slightly between screens, thread and print.

Payment

Card payments are taken securely by Stripe when you place your order.

Cancellations, returns and faulty items

See Returns and exchanges. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
